Shipping and return policy

Shipping

All orders are handled and shipped directly by ABHROR from Paris, France. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days following confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has been sent.

ABHROR offers free standard delivery for orders above 250€. Please note that free shipping will be applied to the order at checkout. For orders below 250€, the delivery prices are set out as follows:

France 10€ (2-4 business days)
Europe 20€ (2-5 business days)
International Express 30€ (3-6 business days)

Delivery times should be used as a guide, kindly note delivery may take longer depending on the delivery location, transit delays, or customs clearance. If you have any questions or specific requirements, our team will be happy to assist you at elliott@abhror.com

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be handled by either Fedex, UPS or LA POSTE Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Packaging

Each piece is carefully wrapped using minimal and sustainable packaging materials.

Returns

Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. As a young independent label, and since most garments are one-of-a-kind pieces made from fabric offcuts and upcycled materials, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

Taxes, Duties

Prices are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. Orders outside the EU are subject to all import duties and taxes, to be paid by the customer to local customs.
