ABHROR is an independent fashion label based in Paris, France.
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on our website www.abhror.com and define the rights and obligations between the seller (ABHROR) and the customer. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms.

Publisher

The website ABHROR.COM is published by ECR ( SIRET 91390663200025), existing under the laws of France, with a registred office at 49 rue des petites écuries, 75010, Paris.

Products

Each ABHROR piece is either unique or produced in very limited quantities.
Our products are made using deadstock fabrics, offcuts, or upcycled garments, and may show minor variations that are part of their handcrafted nature.

Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. ABHROR reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but orders will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of confirmation.

Orders

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details. ABHROR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, payment issue, or stock unavailability.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Your banking information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Returns

Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. As a young independent label, and since most garments are one-of-a-kind pieces made from fabric offcuts and upcycled materials, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of ABHROR and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
